I think I need more info and some understanding of what you mean about the gray. I dfind mirrors reflecting the bed a bit odd in most cases. I assume that is a dog bed? Bedrooms are nice when they are shared to be something you both agree on . I am gld the desk is leaving I do not like work areas in bedrooms. I love gray for sure but IMO it needs some accent color usually unless you go very formal which the bed is not . I woukdl do much wider night stands and then get some cool lamps . A duvet cover for that duvet with maybe that accent color in just a small part. The wall where the window is will be tricky to hang drapes .This is nice grwon upbedroom mostly grayMaybe use that for inspiration

You might look at a rug, under the bed, to help ground the space. You also might want it to help integrate the beige flooring with the white bedding and white walls. Then look at different artwork for over the bed, you want to try to integrate black, white, and beige in the artwork to pull things together. Curtains on the window would look better, and actual lamps on the nightstands would help as well. Here are a few bedrooms we have done for clients, which might help you more:

You could get a large ottoman, or an upholstered bench or settee for somewhere on the far wall. Place the floor mirror there and you have a nice dressing area.

You need bedside lamps and a big rug. Not sure about curtains.
